Because we diligently approach each assignment as a custom project our project success rate is very high, over 90%. In the last 14 years, we sold every company for which we negotiated a signed purchase agreement. Even more significant is that we closed all but 6 deals in which we negotiated a non-binding letter of intent. Since we focus on mid-sized companies with sales of $1 to $50M, we excel with this type of transactions.
